Delete your Prizen account
You can request deletion of your Prizen account and associated app data by emailing support.
How to request deletion
- Email support@prizen.app.
- Use the subject line: Prizen account deletion request.
- Send the request from the same email address you use to sign in to Prizen.
What will be deleted
We will delete account-linked Prizen data, including saved opportunities and account records associated with your sign-in email, unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional confirmation if we cannot verify the request.
